the hotel staff was always helpful, especially when I required vegetarian food. the breakfast offered a good spread even for those with a sweet tooth. the hotel offered a trip to a local Ice Hockey match and had good roads for leisure walks and jogs.

The hotel design seemed outdated and in need of renovation.

Non-smoking room was really non-smoking

One day room was not cleaned, bed sheets were not changed in 5 days, smoking is allowed in breakfast area, water quality and pressure (7th floor) in the shower was below acceptable standards.

The restaurant service and the meals were excellent.

The hotel does not cater for people with disabilities. A shower without an appropriate chair is a serious inconvenience and an injury risk to a person with a physical ( leg-related) disability. There was also no lift to access the room on the second floor where I had to stay. Most hotel staff cannot communicate in English and that creates a problem for a person who cannot speak Russian.

We had a fantastic stay at this luxurious hotel near the city center. The location was perfect, as it was just a short distance from the town center and conveniently located near a nearby school. The service provided by the staff was exceptional - they were very pleasant and attentive, making sure we had everything we needed. The room amenities were top-notch, with a comfortable sitting area, free toiletries, and even cookware and kitchen utensils. We also appreciated the flat-screen TV, am/fm alarm clock, and the cozy carpeted floor. the hotel provided enhanced comfort and quality services.

We highly recommend this place to all.

I had a great stay at this hotel. It is conveniently located near the town center and within walking distance to a nearby school. The hotel facilities are impressive, and the private parking is a great convenience. The staff is friendly and helpful, and they provided special equipment to measure my temperature, which made me feel secure. Lastly, the breakfast was delicious, and I enjoyed it every morning.

Stayed in this hotel for few weeks and it was an amazing experience. The staff were always very welcoming and provided excellent customer service. The breakfast was very good with a variety of options available. One of the great things about the hotel was its location. Though it was not in the city center, it was still well-connected through taxis and other means of transport.

The only negative thing about the hotel was the music played at weddings held in the same place. It could go on till midnight and might cause disturbance for people who want to sleep early.

The hotel offered a shuttle service that was very useful to get around town. the breakfast buffet had a good selection of pastries and fruits. the location was close to the city center and had easy access to public transportation.

The hotel was old and in need of renovation, with dirty carpets and peeling paint. the staff was not very friendly or helpful, and did not speak much English.
